WIPCOOP 2023

Keep your finger on the pulse of what is developing artistically in our cities and discover a new series of WORK IN PROGRESS starting in September in Leuven, Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent.

WIPCOOP, the Work In Progress Cooperative of MESTIZO ARTS PLATFORM, is a special collaboration in the arts sector (more info below). In addition to the Work In Progress, pick up a parallel program with PLAYS in several cities. These are finished evening performances from previous WIPCOOP editions.

Be surprised by new dance creations, theater and multidisciplinary work!

Note: Work In Progress takes place during the day and is free of charge.

WIPCOOP – the Work In Progress Cooperative of MESTIZO ARTS PLATFORM – is a unique collaboration in the arts sector in Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Mechelen and Leuven.

The main goal? From the strength of the cooperative, make new artistic work visible, create dialogue around it and match artists and organizations to be able to further develop and play and spread this work when finished.

It is making space for new voices, stories, forms and languages in the performing arts. An inter-city co-production, in which the art sector keeps its finger on the pulse of what is developing in the rich breeding ground of our cities as well as a network in which artists find support in developing their work. So a win-win.
