Mariam leaves her homeland, leaving behind the war in which she lost both her parents. Among the remains of her ruined house stands her bath, symbolizing the grave in which she buries her disappeared parents.
Her bath, symbolizing the boat that sailed her to Belgium. Her bath, the place where she hides from people who exploit her under the guise of solidarity.

Nadia Alhassanat grew up in Gaza, Palestine. From an early age, she wrote poetry and short stories and was bitten by theater.
Despite her family’s opposition, she chose a career in the arts and left for Algeria to study Theater and Film Studies and an acting program.
At the start, she attracted a lot of commissions for theater, films and television and won an award for “the best Arab actress” at THEATERFESTIVAL in Iraq. However, the socio-political tide turned and Nadia was forced to leave Algeria.
