BELGIJSKI PROBLEEM A Polish woman leads an ordinary but satisfying life in Belgium until a certain event turns everything upside down. A tragicomic monologue about the psyché of man, about how we look at the world and how we often misinterpret it. And then suddenly “waking up” with the question – Who am I really?
Paula Paulowska, grew up in Poland, after 1 year of unplanned stay in Belgium she took the decision to stay here “for a while”, meanwhile she has been living here for 11 years. Without taking Dutch classes, she quickly mastered the language. Today, she diligently puts her passion for language to paper, trains as an interpreter and this passion takes her all the way to the theater scene. She is currently taking a fashion course and is a child guidance counselor in an elementary school. The skills she develops there she packs into her artistic course. The things she does in’ t life she chooses for a reason. As a creator, she always wants to look at people, take a moment to consider psychology of human beings. Since 2017, she has been actively forming herself in theater. She studied “Word” at the Part-time Academy of Borgerhout, appeared in several productions of kunstZ, in Hoge Weg by MARTHA!TENTATIEF, Madam Fortuna and others, and attended numerous workshops (including Summer Academy in Destelheide).
