The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People

On the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People various artists and arts organisations join forces. This is in response to the Palestinian Ashtar Theatre’s urgent request to read the Gaza Monologues worldwide and show support for the Palestinian people. Wednesday 29.11, we dedicate to the many innocent victims of this devastating war.

On the programme at Rataplan:

13:30 – 15:30
Art educational workshop (6-10 years) with Studio Kuurjeus: make your own banner together with Hannelore or write a letter to the children in Gaza.

16:00 – 18:00
Open stage, read something from the Gaza monologues, bring your own text or come and listen.

18:00 – 19:30
Community meal De Kompaan with Palestinian dishes. Join us at the table without reservation & at a free contribution.

19:30 – 21:00
Open stage, read something from the Gaza monologues, bring a text of your own or come and listen.

In collaboration with Mestizo Arts Platform, WP Zimmer, De Kompaan, WATlab, the City Poets, SAAMO.
