Dance performance, jam & party. A dance practice by choreographer Marco Torrice who combines different dance styles with a group of actors & dancers through improvisation and a set of movement rules. A practice that encourages partying !

NOORD/SUL – MANO AMARO
NOORD/SUL is a solo, in which Mano Amaro addresses themes of: migration, segregation and the meaning of dance as the preservation of cultural identity. A story about survival. Mano’s dance language has roots in various Afro – Brazilian styles and contemporary dance.
CV – ABOUDAR ABBAS
Several years ago, Aboudar left Baghdad for Antwerp. His family, studies, friends, home and dreams he left behind. Meanwhile, Aboudar lives and works in Ghent with his wife and two noisy parakeets. CV – a reference to the administrative merry-go-round – is a look back at the most turbulent time of his life. The trip to Europe is etched in his memory, as is his childhood in Baghdad. A moving account as a son, as an Iraqi, as a refugee, as a brother and as a new Belgian.
