Starting in 2018, MESTIZO ARTS PLATFORM is going next level. Every year we push forward a few performances from WIPCOOP’s stable that are ready to conquer Flanders’ stages.
We started with a first spread day in cooperation with Thassos and Xavier College and with technical support from Rataplan. At the request of NoMoBS and Aminata Demba, we are helping support distribution through booking agency Thassos for “Wachten op Gorro” and “Pelican Street 20. In addition to the performances with students from Borgerhout’s Xavier College, programmers at cultural centers in Flanders were also offered a conversation with the creators.
