KVS hosts 2 days of WIPCOOP with new work from Brussels, Berlin and Amsterdam!

During WIPCOOP, Amina Abouelghar, Fanny Van Geel & Xavier Bascho-George & Claire Deniau, leïla alice, Lois Lumonga Brochez, Misha Demoustier , Sanae Jamaï, Aline Olmos Steler (Right About Now Inc, Amsterdam) and Nazanin Bahrami (Tatwerk, Berlin) will show thirty minutes from their Work In Progress. After the presentations, the makers will engage in conversation with dramaturgs, workshops, producers and programmers about their work and possible forms of support. At the same time, the audience can participate in roundtable discussions and there will be short pitches from other exciting creators.

WIPCOOP takes place during the day from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is free to attend.

Nazanin Bahrami shows Speech Lapse: Exhibition No. 4 in response to the ” Woman – Life – Freedom” uprising that began in Iran in September 2022. She focuses on how state censorship, fear and urgency, suppress speech, and on the quiet work of recovery done by those who continue to write anyway.
