Metronorm is a choreographic and visual immersion in the heart of the urban space. Through the lens of the subway, two dancers embody the forced coexistence of shared rout(in)es and paths that collide with one another. Blending cinematic aesthetics with industrial rhythms, the piece explores the social ties that influence our daily commutes. How do we connect with one another? How close do we dare to come, and how much distance do we keep?

Lemy Veyt (he/him) is a self-taught artist from Brussels who has developed a wide-ranging artistic practice: in graphic design, video, music, art direction, and, over the past five years, dance. Ntela Hendrickx introduced him to the world of krump. And Today, he wants to bring his multidisciplinary approach to the stage by focusing on choreography. He took the first steps toward this goal during the EOTO Playground program, when the initial idea for Metronorm was conceived

Lucas Guicheteau, also known as Bali (he/him), is a Brussels-based dancer and artist who is at home in the hip-hop and b-boy scene and has a strong affinity for contemporary dance and martial arts. After graduating from the Juste Debout School in 2018, he was a member of various dance companies with which he toured in Belgium and France (including *C’Franc* by choreographer Mehdi Slimani in 2019). As a teacher, he trains the next generations at various dance schools. He worked with the Timiss collective from 2018 to 2022, before founding his own nonprofit organization échos , dedicated to emerging Belgian artists from all walks of life.

Ines Rosende Mendoza (she/her) is a young Belgian-Chilean artist who has been involved in the world of dance since childhood. She received a rich and varied education—ranging from contemporary dance to hip-hop, modern jazz, classical dance, and freestyle. Ines views freestyle both as a space for individual expression and as a tool for choreographic exploration. She also teaches dance classes to beginners and advanced students. As a teacher, she places great importance on coherence, authenticity, and body awareness, which also form the essential thread running through her artistic practice.
