#WIPCOOP PLAYS prospect day, i.c.w. Thassos and Rataplan For the 3rd year in a row, MESTIZO ARTS PLATFORM is partnering with Thassos to help support the distribution of #WIPCOOP – performances.
We started the day with a roundtable discussion about placing new work and new formulas for programming and showed showcases of the 4 WIPCOOPPLAYS that Thassos is bringing in its offerings (I Am Hussein Who Are You? – Hussein Mahdi / 1 on 1 – Karim Kalonji / Luta interna – Female Takeover / Fanon Mixtape – Mathieu Charles). We also took the opportunity to pitch the entire arsenal of finished performances as well as have conversations with artists about their work. Ciska Hoet moderated the talks.
