3 artists, 3 locations, 3 weeks. During the Shared Practices Research Residency, Marios Bellas, Pablo Correa (via MAP) and Tibau Beirnaert (via detheatermaker) each delve into their research from Feb. 19 to March 8. Research and knowledge sharing are central. They meet weekly on Mondays to exchange about their research and artistic practice. Each week, a different artist resides in C O R S O, Monty or Rataplan. Last Monday we gathered for the very first Sharing Practices at Rataplan! Together with Marios Bellas, through vocal exercises, we came out in a kind of rhythmic mantra. Pablo Correa let us sample a STUK of his text to explain his research concept, and while writing creatively, we discovered how Tibau Beirnaert seeks inspiration.
